CAA Software, Inc. is looking for qualified individuals to staff a sales teams covering the US and Canada. Sales people will have unlimited potential calling on businesses, City and County governments, and Churches.    Job will require contacting potential customers, demonstrating web based software programs, and closing the sale. Our sales opportunities are commission paid positions with generous up-front commissions, volume sales incentives, monthly and annual sales bonuses, plus annual residual income on personal sales.

#1 -Job Description:  Regional Sales Manager

CAA Software, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate and manage members of a professional sales organization.

·  Aggressively stimulate, review and monitor all business activity for sales and ensure achievement of activity goals.

·  Ensure achievement of regions sales and profitability objectives.

·  Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly sales.

·  Provide quarterly evaluations of regional sales productivity.

·  Understand each employee’s strengths and weaknesses with recommendations to develop these areas of performance.

·  Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and implement changes.

·  Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers.

Qualifications:

· A minimum 4 years track record selling and/or managing High Tech or Information Technology products preferred, but not required.

·  History of job stability is a must!!

·  Proven ability to directly manage and track performance.

·  Motivate and direct sales teams.

·  Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, management and organizational skills with a proven track record.

·  Strong business acumen managing to “bottom-line” profitability.

·  Experience in using Computers and Microsoft office programs.

·  Proven track record of having excellent internal and external customer relationships.

CAA Software, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for Sales Consultants!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify, contact, and demonstrate products to potential customers

·  Maintain notes and monitor all business contacts for sales and ensure achievement of activity goals.

·  Work with regional sales manager to obtain profitability and sales objectives.

·  Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers.

Qualifications:

·  1 or more years selling products to businesses.

·  History of job stability is a must!!

·  Ability to track performance.

·  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.  

·  Experience in using Computers and Microsoft office programs.

·  References to verify having excellent people skills, internal and external customer relationships.
